More clarity in everyday actions

We refined the nutrition header, organised history and notification settings, and made supplement course actions more reliable.

This update focuses on details you use every day. Nutrition figures in the header now align with the diary: known calories still count when some entries have missing data. Food, workout, health and lab histories are ordered by creation time. Undoing and repeating a supplement intake mark restore course state more consistently, and course frequency is written in natural language. Notification channels and sections are clearer, while an empty supplement plan no longer takes up space.

Improved

  • A clearer nutrition summary, organised history and notifications, and more reliable undo and repeat actions for supplement intake.

Your entries, a more personal picture

Today introduces personal memory: an early overview of food, workouts and how regularly you log.

Everyday entries gain context. A new personal memory card on Today brings together available observations about food and workouts, showing how much data is available for the overview. Open the details to see what the indicators mean, which data is included or missing and when the view was updated. This is an early product prototype for exploring your records, rather than a medical assessment or a validated prediction.

Improved

  • Personal memory on Today: available data in one overview, with explanations and visible gaps.

Less repetition. A clearer daily routine

Supplements, goals and your food diary are easier to follow, with tidier cards, grouped schedules and your local date.

Your own supplements now live in one section, without duplicate cards. In the intake plan, a shared time appears once for the whole group, making the schedule easier to scan. The diary changes date at local midnight and refreshes entries when your connection returns. Built-in goal names follow your interface language, while controls for personal entries and profile posts are reserved for the profile owner.

Improved

  • Tidier supplement cards, grouped intake times, a diary that follows your local date and translated goal names.

Your day and week, in perspective

Weekly activity, your current energy balance and a supplement plan bring more context to everyday entries.

How is today going, and how is your week taking shape? We have updated the way physical activity and your current energy balance are presented, along with the supplement plan in your food diary. NutriFit now has a release history in six languages. Open it from the version number at the bottom of the page to follow the changes in your app.

Improved

  • Weekly activity and daily balance, supplement planning and an update history you can browse by version.

Keep your favourites. Share your next workout

Save favourites, choose workout programmes to send in chat and reflect on your week with short check-ins.

Some finds are worth keeping, and some workouts are worth talking about. This update saves favourites to your account and lets you choose a workout programme to share directly in chat. Short weekly check-ins give you a moment to reflect on how your week went. Your selected profile tab is restored when you return, making it easier to pick up where you left off.

Improved

  • Account-based favourites, workout programmes shared in chat and short weekly check-ins.

Knowledge, close at hand

NutriFit introduces a premium learning library for coaches, with chapter search and an easy-to-use table of contents.

Open the learning library from the knowledge base and explore materials by subject. Search takes you to the chapter you need, while the table of contents makes it easy to return to a topic. The library requires Premium and the coach role. Public pages also explain personal plans and specialist access more clearly, helping you understand what each option includes.

Improved

  • Browse learning subjects, find chapters and move through the table of contents. The interface supports six languages.

You have reached the beginning of the recorded history.
