Consistent dates and time zones, refreshed calculators and a more compact feed make everyday records easier to use.
Day selection and data ranges in the nutrition diary and Today screen now follow the profile time zone. Calendar days are handled separately from event timestamps to avoid unintended date shifts.
Post time sits beside the author and refreshes independently of the post content. Spacing, related calculator cards, guidance and cover placement have been refined.
The lab editor follows field dependencies and supports explicit removal of individual results. Archive actions in Plan 90 have been refined. This web update does not publish a new iOS or Android build.

This update helps consultants manage manually created clients, work with diary entries and understand changes in their measurements.
Create a managed profile with a first and last name, maintain its records through quick access and transfer the same account through a separate email invitation. The roster includes a managed-client filter, cards and an active Premium indicator.
Quick access uses the regular health, food, workout, lab and supplement forms. This release refines calendar dates and intake slots, laboratory results and save-error messages.
The stress chart shows details for the selected period and its values. Partner cards and links to followers are updated. In the 90-day plan, dark mode now uses a subtle green progress background so the label remains readable.

Faster delivery of public articles, blogs and catalogs, with more targeted page updates.
Public pages are now served directly from prepared files. The server no longer needs to contact the application for every article visit. Images, links between materials, language versions and Markdown remain available.
Editing a paragraph updates the material itself. Changes to a title or address affect the dependent links and listings, while tag changes update the relevant catalog and filters. Unchanged pages keep their prepared files.
Current pages are retained continuously; obsolete versions are removed after updates. Withdrawing a publication closes public delivery, while personal requests keep their existing access rules.

Updated delivery of public content, links between articles and image loading.
Public articles, blogs and catalogs are now prepared in advance. When a page is opened again, the server returns a prepared copy; catalog filters remain available in direct links.
We fixed image display during navigation, restored links to related content and added a clear way back to the catalog. Language versions and Markdown representations remain available.
Editorial changes update the affected pages and related listings. Unpublished content is closed to public access. Private and Premium content continues to follow its existing access rules.

We refined the nutrition header, organised history and notification settings, and made supplement course actions more reliable.
This update focuses on details you use every day. Nutrition figures in the header now align with the diary: known calories still count when some entries have missing data. Food, workout, health and lab histories are ordered by creation time.
Undoing and repeating a supplement intake mark restore course state more consistently, and course frequency is written in natural language. Notification channels and sections are clearer, while an empty supplement plan no longer takes up space.
A clearer nutrition summary, organised history and notifications, and more reliable undo and repeat actions for supplement intake.

Today introduces personal memory: an early overview of food, workouts and how regularly you log.
Everyday entries gain context. A new personal memory card on Today brings together available observations about food and workouts, showing how much data is available for the overview.
Open the details to see what the indicators mean, which data is included or missing and when the view was updated. This is an early product prototype for exploring your records, rather than a medical assessment or a validated prediction.
Personal memory on Today: available data in one overview, with explanations and visible gaps.

Supplements, goals and your food diary are easier to follow, with tidier cards, grouped schedules and your local date.
Your own supplements now live in one section, without duplicate cards. In the intake plan, a shared time appears once for the whole group, making the schedule easier to scan.
The diary changes date at local midnight and refreshes entries when your connection returns. Built-in goal names follow your interface language, while controls for personal entries and profile posts are reserved for the profile owner.
Tidier supplement cards, grouped intake times, a diary that follows your local date and translated goal names.

Weekly activity, your current energy balance and a supplement plan bring more context to everyday entries.
How is today going, and how is your week taking shape? We have updated the way physical activity and your current energy balance are presented, along with the supplement plan in your food diary.
NutriFit now has a release history in six languages. Open it from the version number at the bottom of the page to follow the changes in your app.
