Account, security and support
How sign-in works in NutriFit, how to protect the account with 2FA and passkeys, how to control active sessions and devices, and how support tickets work: creation, statuses and attachments.
Sign-in and account protection
You can sign in with an email, a username or a phone number. Two-factor authentication and passkeys (Face ID / Touch ID) are available for stronger protection.
Device control
The profile keeps a sign-in history and the list of active devices; extra sessions can be revoked.
Support requests
A ticket can be created from the account or as a guest by email, and moves through an explicit status sequence.
FAQ
Which sign-in methods are available?
Email, username and phone number are supported. After signing in you can manage the profile, security and personal settings.
How do I best protect my account?
Enable two-factor authentication and passkeys (Face ID or Touch ID). This lowers the risk of unauthorised access and speeds up daily sign-in.
Can I control active sessions?
Yes. The profile shows sign-in history and active devices, and extra devices can be removed.
Can I contact support without signing in?
Yes, a ticket can be created as a guest by email. Write from the same address you used originally, otherwise the thread cannot be linked.
What ticket statuses exist?
A ticket moves through open, in_progress, awaiting_user, resolved and closed. The awaiting_user status means support is waiting for your reply.
Can I attach a screenshot to a ticket?
Yes, images can be attached to messages — the fastest way to show an error or a broken screen.
